Digital first, tenant-led Annual Report

Ongo came to us with a clear brief: to create an engaging, accessible and easy to digest Annual Report that put tenants first, worked digitally from the outset and could be delivered to a clearly defined schedule and budget.

From day one, we worked to Ongo’s predefined timeline, agreeing milestones and consultation points and meeting every stage as planned. This structured approach gave everyone confidence throughout the process and allowed space for meaningful tenant engagement without compromising delivery.

With a digital first mindset, we designed and built an easy to navigate Annual Report that brought Ongo’s performance, achievements and future plans to life. Clear hierarchy, simple language and on-brand design ensured the content was accessible and easy to digest while still meeting all regulatory requirements. Interactive elements such as embedded video, QR codes and performance highlights helped turn complex information into something engaging and informative.

Tenant involvement was central to the project. We presented concepts and drafts at key stages, ensuring feedback could shape both content and presentation. Alongside supplied copy, imagery and video, we helped structure the report to include leadership introductions, performance and complaints data, tenant involvement, accreditations, short case studies and a clear look ahead.

Accessibility was considered from the start, not added at the end. From layout and typography through to digital usability, every decision supported clarity and inclusion. We also considered how success could be measured, ensuring the report was optimised for online sharing and click-through tracking.

The result was a clear, confident and people focused Annual Report, delivered on time and within the agreed budget.
